Selection procedure

Our selection procedure consists of several steps: CV review, telephone interview and personal interview.

After sending us your application, we will inform you whether you meet our requirements or not within some days/weeks. If so, we will have a telephone interview with you when we are interested in your studies, experiences (if you have), language skills and your expectations.

If you pass our first round interview, you may be asked to return for a personal interview. This time you meet usually with HR and/or your prospective superior from the department that you have applied to join. The interview is a two-way process, so feel free to ask your interviewer any questions you may have about the job, career opportunities, and what life is like at CEMEX SSC.

You will be informed about your results within some weeks after the interview. If not, please inquiry about it by sending an email here: cv.hungary@cemex.com.

If you have not been successful in the first round, if you do not mind, we would like to save your CV in our database, in case any other open position suits you becomes available in the future.
