HR Services

HR Services is one of the smallest, friendly and open-minded department of CEMEX SSC, which is frequently mixed up with HR Horizontal, although the scope of duties is totally different.

The main task of the department, which is currently formed by 15 members, is giving support to a total of 28 countries within the Europe, Africa and Middle East time zones. Every day we provide solution to a wide variety of problems in HR related questions, like online trainings, intranet tools or SAP.

We provide support in 7 languages: English, Deutsch, Espanol, Français, Polski, Hrvatski and Hungarian and we get in touch with such exotic countries like Bangladesh, Thailand or Philippines, among others.

To us, every case is a mission, in which we should apply our analytical and language skills and by the end of the day, feeling that the main goal has been achieved: the need from our CEMEX employees have been fulfilled.
