Payroll
The main functions of the Payroll department include payroll processing and payment execution in the following countries across Europe: Germany, UK, Poland, France and Croatia.
We deal with all the provisions and deductions that need to be made according to the legal requirements of each target country. We are also responsible for coordinating the reports that are sent to third parties and managing relations with internal and external entities, such as local payroll experts, local HR administrators, controllership, treasury, system support, banks etc.
One of our great achievements is the centralization of the European payroll operation.
A very important aspect of our work is being able to guarantee accuracy. A challenge we continually set ourselves involves evolving our operational model in a way that increases productivity without compromising quality.
