Treasury

We have two teams in Treasury: the Cash Disbursement team and the In-House Bank team.

In the Cash Disbursement team the main tasks include: authorizing and releasing bank payments and downloading bank statement from electronic banking systems. We support Human Resource by funding salary and pension payments.

For certain countries we provide full Treasury services (including cash management and cash forecasting). Lease administration is also our responsibility.

With the In-House Bank we are able to manage cash within CEMEX affiliates by providing inter-company loans and making deposits in order to reduce third party (bank) borrowings. We also prepare the administration for foreign exchange deals.
